This notice describes the FEAR Creator Network website application form. Contact FEAR at fearcreatornetwork@gmail.com about your application or personal information.

What you provide

The form asks for your name, email, optional phone number, country, TikTok username and profile link, account region, LIVE access, other network membership, follower count, optional invitation code, LIVE experience, weekly availability and support goals. It also records your confirmation that you are 18 or over and your agreement to application processing and contact.

Do not include passwords, bank details, identity documents or other sensitive information in your answers.

How the form works

When you submit, your answers go to the external service FormSubmit, which processes the submission and sends it by email to FEAR at fearcreatornetwork@gmail.com. FEAR receives the application through Gmail and uses the details to review your application and contact you about joining.

The submission service uses CAPTCHA and spam checks. Its handling of information is described in the FormSubmit privacy terms (opens in a new tab).

How long information is kept

FormSubmit states that it retains submissions for 30 days. If the receiving form has not yet been activated, FormSubmit keeps pending submissions until activation within that period. See its documentation and activation FAQ (both open in a new tab).

The FormSubmit period does not set the retention period for application emails held by FEAR. Contact FEAR to ask how long your application is kept or to request its deletion.

Your choices

You can leave before submitting. The required checkbox covers reviewing your application and contacting you about joining; it does not sign you up for marketing. Contact FEAR if you need to correct your details, ask about their use or request deletion.

Continuing to TikTok

The TikTok joining step is separate. Selecting “Continue on TikTok” opens TikTok, where TikTok's own terms and privacy information apply. This website does not send your FEAR application answers to TikTok through that link.
